Danpla — also known as PP corrugated sheet, twin-wall plastic sheet or corflute/coroplast — is a hollow-core plastic sheet with a fluted wave structure between two flat surface layers. This construction delivers high rigidity with low weight, making it a durable, sustainable carton replacement for manufacturing, packaging, advertising and construction.
SAM's Danpla sheets are extruded from 100% virgin PP pellets: waterproof, electrically insulating, mildly chemical-resistant and reusable for hundreds of cycles. Available in 2–10mm thickness, up to 1200mm width and 20+ colors — from protective liners and precision dividers to printed advertising boards. Key advantages:
